We have had a couple of unfortunate incidents lately with prospective patients being abusive towards our staff. This is a reminder that we have a Zero Tolerance policy and will not tolerate any abusive language or behaviour. This is for new or existing patients.
If you are abusive towards us even before registering, we will reserve the right to NOT register you.
Please note, that since November 2023 – November 2024 our list size has grown by 10%. We are now at a point where we are asking patients outside our practice boundary to re-register elsewhere so that we can continue to provide a safe and efficient service to patients in our practice boundary. Those whose address has never been within our practice boundary will receive a letter centrally, requesting to re-register. We are working as hard as possible to register patients as quickly as possible, but with an influx of around 40-50 registrations per week there is a delay in all registration services.
