From 1 August 2018 prescription ordering changed. This means prescriptions should be ordered online, via. email, by hand or post. For patients with certain medical conditions or exceptional circumstances e.g. housebound with no other relatives or next or kin to order on their behalf or needing dosette boxes etc, pharmacies will still be able to order on your behalf. Please check with your pharmacy first for eligibility and availability. Unfortunately we are unable to process any prescription requests over the telephone.
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment. Please ring to speak to a GP to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow 5 full working days for your prescription to be processed
