Complaints and compliments

We aim to offer our patients the best possible service.  However, we know that sometimes things do go wrong – quite often through misunderstanding – and we encourage patients to let us know when this has happened.

Please notify The Partners, of any concerns you may have or complete and return the Patient Complaint Form and return to the surgery.

Please could you ensure you have included your:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Date of birth
  • Name of the practice involved

BOB ICB also ask that you confirm in your email that you are happy for us to forward your concern to the service that you are complaining about (if appropriate).
