| I have always been very pleased and grateful for the care received. The only issue is when contacting the surgery there is a long wait before the receptionist can answer the call. I do understand that the surgery is busy but perhaps this is something that can be looked into | |

| I had an appointment this morning for my Covid and flu jabs. When I arrived a pleasant receptionist welcomed me and showed me where to go. I didn’t have long to wait and the jabs were administered efficiently by a lovely practitioner who was happy to answer my questions first. Very happy to be registered with Riverside – thank you | |
