eConsult access for all patients

Since February 2024, Riverside Surgery has been utilising the eConsult platform, offering patients the ability to submit clinical and administrative queries. From the 1st October 2025, our eConsult access is available 24/7 to patients including evenings and weekends. We will respond to you on the same day (if submitted Mon-Fri). Please note, processing of admin requests / medication cancan still take up to five working days.
