PRINCIPLE; Platform Randomised trial of INterventions against COVID-19 In older peopLE
There is a new self-referral pathway for the Urgent Public Health Priority COVID-19 intervention trial in Primary Care
- If anyone has Covid-19 symptoms, are NOT hospitalised and meet eligibility criteria as per poster (see link here: PRINICPLE Patient Recruitment Poster_v1.0 22.04.20 ) they can self-refer via phone (0800 138 0880) or by clicking on the link here upon which they will be screened.
- If they pass the screening process, the patients GP (at Riverside Surgery) would be contacted to answer a couple of questions to help the trial team confirm their eligibility.
- The medications/swabs would be sent to their home directly via the trial team.
