We are encouraging our patients this coming month to drop-in and check your blood pressure. This simple 2-minute job could be life saving as high blood pressure is known to be a silent disease. Patients are typically not aware of having high blood pressure until they have a heart attack or stroke. By checking it, we can manage any blood pressures which are found to be high and reduce your chance one of these potentially fatal attacks.
Our blood pressure machine is positioned in the corner of our waiting room. It will allow you to print off the reading at the end of the machine taking the reading. Please then ensure your name and date of birth is clearly written onto the reading and hand it to one of our reception team. If there are any issues we will contact you directly.
