Delay in hospital appointments and test results

Dear Patients,

We are experiencing unprecedented demand from patients asking us to expedite (speed up) appointments. Unfortunately we have no ability to control the way hospital appointments are made and we understand that in these difficult times there are significant delays. Our secretarial team do not hold any direct phone lines to the hospital specialists and we would have to wait on the same appointment phone line that patients use. For any patients enquiring about their hospital appointments please do try contacting the hospital directly.

Additionally we are aware correspondence from the hospital including test results are taking a long time to be sent through to the GP Surgery.
