As many of our long standing patients can testify to, Riverside Surgery have run a triage model even before Covid-19.
We thought we would share this latest video, explaining some of the work that goes on behind the scene at Surgeries across the country – and emphasise that we have always and will continue to still see our patients face to face whenever is necessary.
We are mindful of our patients, especially those most vulnerable, and our staff; therefore we will continue to have certain measures in place to protect everyone e.g. requesting PCR (NOT lateral flow test) results prior to being seen for respiratory illnesses, face masks being worn in the surgery etc.
