eConsult access for all patients

Since February 2024, Riverside Surgery has been utilising the eConsult platform, offering patients the ability to submit clinical and administrative queries. From the 1st October 2025, our eConsult access is available 24/7 to patients including evenings and weekends. We will review all eConsults the same day of submission (if it is a weekday before 6.30pm); but please note processing of administrative queries / medication requests can still take up to five working days.

For all queries – even if it is a combination of medical / administrative queries, please submit only ONE eConsult at a time.
