Fedbucks, in Partnership with the NHS, will be providing Community Health and Wellbeing Workers (CHWW)to specific areas of HighWycombe. The CHWW team will support with health and wellbeing advice, overcoming loneliness, community connections, housing, finance etc.
They will be checking in directly to select households from April 2026 onwards – going door-to-door and providing a drop in community venue.
