Riverside Surgery will be saying a fond farewell to Mrs Christine Croft, our Lead Specialist Nurse who will be retiring at the end of this month. Christine has been an NHS nurse for over 40 years and in that time provided exceptional care, in particular for her diabetes patients. She has always demonstrated a huge passion and enthusiasm throughout her career, culminating in being nominated and receiving the “Queen’s nursing award” in 2019.
Christine is trusted and valued by patients and respected by peers at Riverside Surgery as well as across the locality for work she completed within the community over the years. She will truly be missed.
